Paul's Family - Elgin

Based on these reviews we were excited to try a new place in our extended neighborhood. Unfortunately we will not be back. We paid over $100 for bland food that was slow to come even though we were there before 5pm. From how crowded the restaurant became as we waited; Paul’s is doing well; but it’s not because of the food maybe the older crowd? Very disappointed.

Went in on Sunday ordered a Mexican skillet and found an orange bread tie in my food . I addressed it to the waitress who is always awesome, not expecting anything in return just to let them know what I found. She returned to the table and apologized and that the Manager man took off the drinks from the bill . Starting total was 37 dollars in change and when I went to pay he never removed the drinks from the bill . I added a 7 dollar tip and the total came out to be $45.47 . Again I'm a regular customer as the food is always great but remember without the regulars what do you have .............

Nice little family dinner that has traditional family food. Let’s just say I got a chicken breast and it was moist and not overcooked. Along with the liver and onions being quite good itself as well!

Awesome people, awesome food! Just a great all around family gathering place! I highly recommend this place! Parking: Huge parking lot! No problem. ? Kid-friendliness: I know kid's would love this place! These people are very kind friendly! Who don't love kid's! Everybody loves kid's! Lol ?. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes! Absolutely wheelchair accessible!
