They got my food wrong, I drove all the way back UPSET the next day and Keenan was EXTREMELY PLEASANT, calming and willing to help. Got the manager Thomas and he fixed it no argument. made my whole day. Thank you gentlemen. IM 20yrs in food service… Customer service is EVERYTHING. I will be back!
Wonderful staff made my first experience at Five Guys amazing. The staff were very helpful and even gave me a free drink as it was my first time there. Burger was juicy, tasty, and the fries were well seasoned. No complaints overall. After poor experience at In N Out this was a great change!
