Well, I couldn't even. order uhaul was too tall to fit in drive thru, and the lobby has been closed every day. I have come to elreno. if u have enough people to work drive thru, you have enough for lobby. this is by far the worst customer service I have experienced at a Burger King. The worst ever the original chicken sandwich is greasy where it looks like it sat or was refried. the buns are old, nothing fresh about them. the mayo looks like it sat on there for hours. the french fries are not hot or warm, disgusting . The lettuce has a lot of core. What lettuce isn’t core is wilted. These two sandwiches and french fries are going in the trash. Thanks Burger King for taking my money and not able to eat. Took a long time, even though we ordered online. We asked about the delay, and they said they were swamped despite there being only three customer vehicles in parking lot and drive-through.
