Bidrage med feedbackThis is the second time my wife and I ordered food and didn't get what we ordered. The staff didn't seem to understand English. The restaurant was clean and other than not being able to order food the experience was good.
This is the first time place I visit of whataburger in El Paso , I order Combo#1 and my husband the new chili and both hamburgers were completely cold only the chili no : , I think they only pick them or the bread and meat from the fridge andthen warm them a little on the oven, we will never come back to this franchise : .
This location is close to my house so it?s always been convenient to visit when I wanted a convenient good meal. There have been more bad visits than good as I?ve gotten multiple orders wrong due communication skills no matter how much I try to clarifyat drive-thru. Please offer better training or hire more confident staff.
I personally love whataburger. The burguers are always good and its normally fast. This place was decently clean in comparison to others I have gone, wish is always a big thing for me.
The staff and store doesn't seem to be able to utilize their delivery process. Literally a three minute drive and they couldn't deliver it on a Friday night! Then they claimed the app didn't put the order through correctly so they fixed it, but they didn't really. But I got charged correctly! After waiting over an hour they tell me call customer service for a refund. What a horrible experience with no food and waiting on a refund when they feel like it.
