I have been going there for years , your people need much needed training on Food Service and Custermor Service.. Our 4 meals were made perfectly. They were not stingy with ingredients this time. I ordered the jalapeno cheeseburger and I had jalapeno in every bite. Fries were hot. Tea was good; didn't have that bitter taste when it's old.
Usually a great location, but the morning crew must have a new manager because the quailty of food has noticably decreased recently.
We really enjoyed our lunch here. The food was delicious, and the staff were courteous. Our order ahead meal was ready when we arrived with each bag labeled with who it was for (via the app! . For a large family, this made things so simple. Thank you!
Service here is slow. Made an online order for dining in. Told staff I had arrived and got a beverage cup. Waited fifteen minutes and watched about eight customers arrive after me get served. The party I was with all got service before me. I placed my order as I was en route to the store. When I approached the clerk, my food was produced in a brown bag, not on a tray for dine-in like receipt noted. My food was lukewarm at best. The staff did try to give me three other orders that were not mine. I corrected the hostess and mentioned my order. This seemed to be a busy place with quick customer service only if you ordered there. Due to a lukewarm temperature of food, I can not give an accurate quality analysis.
