I walked in to pick up my order showed my order and payment I was denied my food. The workers very unprofessional. Laughed at my situation. Walked out with out my food and it was paid for. They denied to give me my order. Made me show the proof from my bank that order was paid.
Ordered through the app for the first AND LAST time. I won’t go to this location again. They use DoorDash to deliver, the driver messaged me that the cookies I ordered were out of stock. I said that’s fine just refund those. About 15 minutes later she messages me saying the manager cancelled my order. I called Subway. Daisy said she was the manager. I asked her why she cancelled my order. She said if I cancel the cookies they have to cancel the whole thing. So then why are the cookies not marked out of stock on your app then?? Anyway, they sent a new driver to pick up the order with substitute cookies. While on his way to deliver the order was mysteriously cancelled. He messaged me so I called Subway. Daisy said they didn’t cancel it. I said I’ll just go get my own order, what time do you close…she said 9:00. This was at about 8:15. So I head to the restaurant and call on my way to ask them to remake the order. The guy on the phone said “well we close at 9:00”. This was at 8:35. I said okay I’m like 2 minutes away. He said but we’re already closing everything up. Long story short? He was locking the doors when I arrived at 8:37! I knocked on the window and asked to speak to the manager. I asked her why she said 9:00 and why are you locking the doors almost 25 minutes to closing…she said that’s really none of your business. Ummmm, yes it is! When your business hours are til 9 and you tell a customer who is about to head over that you close at 9..yeah it’s my damn business. I asked her for the name and contact for the store manager. She wrote a fake number on the back of a Subway receipt paper! I’ve never had good service at this location and will not ever go back!
Former employee here. I would highly recommend choosing a different place to work, while I was here, I was paid incorrectly several times, and given inhumane shifts when I was 16 and should've only been working around 20 hours a week as I had requested part time. The owner Mr. Gregg was not a very nice person, my father had to step in and get involved with these situations mentioned.
