Redds Ramen Ya - El Paso

Cold, overpriced.The ramen was bland and cold, service was questionable. Total was $42, $14 per build bowl +drinks. The taste was bland with no flavor and heavily overpriced.

So ya this joint had a chill feel. Food reminded us of Japan level ramen. Could have more options as far as sauces/toppings but I LOVED my ramen especially cuz I could build it from scratch. Portion matched the price I feel. Great space inside, I will be coming back definitely.

Went in around 8pm on a friday....and it was completely empty. few people came in after us though but not many. first impression is the menu is really small, but has a decent variety flavor wise. fourteen dollars per bowl though. yikes. when our food came out, one order was missing their meat and three of us were missing the soft boiled eggs.. the employee was very prompt in fixing these tiny discrepancies though. minus one star for the fact that the soft boiled egg was ICE COLD. not really the best considering it's a cold night and we're coming in for a hot bowl of ramen. second star loss is because the broth was barely warm honestly. I don't feel like anything is prepared/heated on the spot, just felt slapped together. three stars was mainly because the meat tasted good, and the broth was decent as well. I want to try this place again. for FOURTEEN dollars per bowl, I hope that the food has adjustments to its presentation, and discrepancies. *edited to add, one of our guests used the bathroom and noted that it was absolutely disgusting. also no toilet paper. we had to figure that out on our own.

Texan Ramen Bowl The flavors are amazing and This easily just became our favorite ramen spot! I got spicy level 3 and my fiancé got 2. If you 're looking for Ramen this place is a must go.

Came here couple years ago, and the experience and food was great. I came in today, and no one greeted us (lady at register seemed like she didn't want to be there). The broth was watered down, the pork slices were thin af (like curled up cheap Bar-S bacon). Dam what a let down, it sucks to say but I won't come back.
