Pokeworks - El Paso

I usually never leave reviews. Last week I went to go buy a bowl in the afternoon on Tuesday and I love the service. I saw two employees a guy with a beard and a girl. The girl greeted me right away and made me feel very comfortable ordering. I love the costumer service she gave and will definitely come back because of it. They should hire more people like her!!! The food overall was good I ordered a poke your way. My favorite thing was the strawberry lemonade I got as well. Definitely worth a visit.

Tried this place out a few months ago, and i love how this one employee makes my bowl. I believe to hear someone call her Bri so i’m guessing that’s her name. She always puts exactly what i ask, in my bowl. She’s is very kind always greets me, and at checkout always makes sure to ask if i need a bag or a receipt. I make sure i always get my bowl made by her!! great food overall.

Door dashed three bowls of poke for me and some friends today. Took more than an hour and a half for the update on the app to move past 'preparing ' so that our dasher could pick it up. When the food arrived, the sushi rice on all three bowls was completely solid at the bottom of the bowl and the whole bowl was warm. The fish in all of our bowls was way too warm and cooked slightly as a result of being on top of hot rice for too long the tuna was grey, really unsafe, absolutely inedible. I dont know what the deal is exactly because I 've never had an experience with this place that was bad before. We waited almost two hours and then we had to throw away $60 worth of food!!

Tried this place today for the bowl with two different proteins and notice the rice they put in the bowl was really warm with steam still coming on top. As much as we were gonna eat it there soon, to me it’s too warm to be mixed with raw fish.The flavor of the fish was ok. They only had either tuna or salmon. Or their spicy version.The selection of the remaining options for sides were kind of limited too. unless they already sold out everything else when we got there.The umami soy sauce and ponzu sauce were ok. It didn’t really do anything to the bowl. Just made everything very watery.Not the best bowl of poke I had for sure.

I don’t usually bother to post reviews but this place is outrageous. I got to try their spam musubi exactly once, when the place opened. Not once after that have they bothered to have it in stock. Service is slow and terrible. Online ordering always ends in disaster. This time, we waited 2+ hours for lukewarm bowls, no musubi, and no drinks. Greyest tuna I’ve ever seen in my life. I wouldn’t be surprised if I got sick later. Shameful. Save yourself the money and time!!!
