Panda Express - El Paso

Went through the drive thru. I was told there would be a small 5-minute wait for super greens, and I ended up waiting 15 minutes. Turned out so much for super greens. i got like 4 pieces of broccoli and a few sheets of kale. The food was cold, and portions were getting smaller, not satisfied

First off, the young lady who took our order and upsold us on the lemonade deserves a raise. She was simply great, respectful, kind, and cheerful. The only thing that could be better this round was the cheese rangoons weren't fried long enough or at proper temperature. They were soft and squishy chewy instead of the deliciously crispy corners I am used to. Oh and we were lacking a fortune cookie for one meal. It's ok though, they were fortunate enough to be eating your food which was otherwise quite tasty.

I would give a 5 star rating but because of the fountain drink machine, your drink gets watered down or the soda tastes bad. The food is great but it would be better if it would cater to all food allergies not just peanuts.

The food wasn't too bad the staff were unpleasant. I was losing my voice and was trying to order with a coupon offer, and they treated me like I was stupid. Because I couldn't speak, I couldn't hear???? Rude

I like the service at Panda Express, plus the food I love it. We go every week to enjoy the entrees. The tea is perfect for the thirsty tongue!
