Bidrage med feedbackI’m guessing something must have happened between management or corporate because this place is running like a clock. Customer service is above and beyond all of a sudden. They have everything in stock and looking nice and fresh in the food options. 5/5 would recommend.
I am giving this restaurant 3 stars because I frequently ask for condiments like sweet and sour sauce, but I either never receive them or only receive one. I typically order 5 to 6 entrées and always request utensils or chopsticks, but they are consistently forgotten. Even when I order online for pick up and specify these requests, they are not fulfilled. Additionally, the teriyaki chicken I ordered was overcooked and dry. I will not be ordering that dish again.
Adter 16 hrs of hard labor I went to Panda Express. I bought a bigger plater at this location with Angus steak, BeijingBeef, and Teriyaki Chicken, and noodles. It was all veggies. This is the second time this happens. The only meat I got was the chicken. Not even noodles for there was more veggies in them than noodles as well as the rest of my order. So I basically paid full price for veggies, some noodles and Teriyaki Chicken. So if you want your money stolen go here.
The teriyaki chicken could have been improved if they had actually given me the teriyaki sauce. Instead, I received dry chicken and dry stir-fry.
The food was delicious, as usual, and the staff was friendly. During our visit, they were experiencing issues with their debit card system, so we had to pay with PayPal, which was a bit inconvenient but still worth it. I appreciate that the bathrooms at this location have always been clean during my visits.
