Mirai Bowl - El Paso

I had it today, it was so rough that he tasted old and that made me sick. I do not recommend staying away if they want to stay safe.

Good was terrible. Tasted like old expired chicken that was boiled to rehydrate it and the rice tasted reheated.

Today I went to the drive thru waited about 10mins, no one answered. Then pulled up to the window the hours on the window said it was open. When I looked inside no one was there. So I pulled up to the front and it says only drive thru. I thought I’d give this place another chance (the food used to be good), all the times I’ve gone it was gross. The chicken is always over fried and burnt. The chicken would melt the Togo box and fall out. The rice was always subpar. Save your time and money just go to Panda Express.

Crispy chicken teriyaki was dry and burnt, it hurt my throat. The rice also had a weird flavor. This place used to be so good, I don't know what happened.

I used to order here as a teenager consistently and loved it here, but with this last order I'll never come to this Morai bowl again. I order white rice, and got fried, the chicken was either overcooked, cooked in old oil, or more likely both. When we called to let the staff know about the poor state of the food we were given, we were given attitude and excuses, and when requesting our money back they wanted the food back. Why? So they can toss it or are they gonna reuse it, what use do that have for old food? I'd give no stars if it was possible, don't waste your money here, find somewhere else to buy similarly styled food
