Denny's - El Paso

I don 't know where to begin here but I know I will never return to this establishment referred to as a restaurant , when we arrived we were told by the lady upfront the wait would be 10minutes long but it turned out to be 45 minutes long after I asked another lady working upfront how longer before the sat us down she rolled her eyes at me told me to wait then came back said we have a table ready to follow her, they had over 12 empty tables but the manager just said to give them more time, a very unwelcoming Dennys extremely unprofessional/rude staff. My family I sat there for another 20 minutes before they took our drink order but had enough left the dump of a restaurant. This is the Dennys on gateway west next to Lomaland.

Excellent service. Cordial waitress!!! She was kind enough to give us the special Denny's was having. Almost similar to a Denny's Senior Adult Meal but at a lower price. It is not often you see a waitress look out for her customers in this way (finances). We should have noticed her name so that we could commend her. I did mention to the cashier that waitress gave us excellent service. Meal was warm and tasty.

This was a very pleasant surprise. It been almost 20 years since I stepped into a Denny’s. Had a great time and conversation with our server. Since it was slow when we went she had some time to give us a good experience. The food was cooked to perfection. I had a bacon cheeseburger with the bourbon sauce on it?. I was definitely on some Homer Simpson stuff.

Super slow service. I wanted to start a Apron to help. It took forever to order, but only to drink. They have said they have short staff, but it seems to take care of the customer experience. Food: 2/5
