Chipotle Mexican Grill - El Paso

First thing first, service is horrendous. Employees make you feel like you shouldn't be there. I've went three separate times since moving from California and the service gets worse every time. They are condescending, rude and uninformed on the menu. My girlfriend is vegetarian and doesn't get meat on her quesadilla, however a great chipotle manager in California informed of us that we could get a small guacamole on the side to substitute her choice of meat. I don't know how many different times I tried to explain to your employees of this and not one understood and gave attitude rather than trying to come to a resolution. I will not be coming back here, not to this location or others. Your employees ruined this experience. 08/17/22 at about 9:00pm was when I arrived at this location, you can figure out who was working there. As expensive at Chipotle now is, it's a tough decision to decide to come here but the food is SO good. It's a shame that I will have to stay away from this place.

This is the location I go to get I when I want chipotle. Never had any issues with the food. Fast quick service, good staff.

UPDATE: On 5/11/2022, I reached someone in customer service who promised the restaurant manager would contact me. I have heard nothing! No wonder there are so many negative reviews for this location. Missing drink, cold food and you cannot call and speak to anyone at the store. Chipotle's customer service is none existent. Want you to complain to a bot.

I just ordered right now and I found a leaf was really hungry and I usually never order from this location but it was the only thing closest to me last time I found a bobby pin in mine and they always get my order wrong the one time they get it right I find a leaf in my burrito don't go here please it's really bad

Never had been there but my son convinced me to go. The food was good but pricey. So if you decide to go there expect to pay a premium price. Luckily the food was good. Very well made.
