China House - El Paso

Waiter Joe was extremely rude! Quite comical actually, the nerve he had to stray regulars away from the business stating he couldn't serve us, he was too busy with other people who order less complex because I asked for the broccoli on the side or even to be excluded from the meal whatever was more convenient. We won't return, definitely take our business elsewhere where people have more courtesy on how to treat their PAYING guests.

Order orange chicken, Shrimp, and chicken fried. Rice taste like regular rice and egg shell was found in the shrimp fried rice and a piece of metal was found in the orange chicken. When I took the food back to the restaurant they re fried the same rice and added more seasoning.

Our entrees were delicious but the dumplings had zero flavor. The hot n sour soup was very good also. Our server was nice but instead of greeting us first, he reminded us that they close in 1 hour, basically saying hurry up and eat. I work retail and have never said that to a customer, it's just plain rude in my opinion. Anyway, we ate and we DID leave 20 minutes before closing but we felt rushed and I don't feel that was right. It's a real shame because we loved the food, customer service needs a lot of work though.

I walk in a man sitting at a table greets me with a ?togo or dine ?? This guy obviously hasn?t showered for a few days. Has his hands under his shirt rubbing his stomach while speaking. Come to find out this is the restaurant server. Overall the restaurant looks rundown. Mongolian beef was good. Lo mein sour and had no veggies. Will never eat this food again.

The best Chinese restaurant I've have been too in years. The food is authentic. And so succulent it amazes me this place has been here and I hadn't found it till now.
