Chillis's Grill - El Paso

Chilis use to be a great place. My husband worked for them for 6 months almost. We end up with covid and he was scheduled to go back to work before the mandatory quarantine was up. Then when he questioned them and refused to go to work due to still being contagious with covid. The manager on duty Stephanie Shephard threatened his job with losing his job or a write up.Poor management. Pretty sad too cause my husband loved that job.

Always a great experience here. Food is awesome! Employees are super friendly. To avoid waiting for a table, sit at the bar, drinks keep coming.

On a nice evening on July 13 there was a mistake made on a chicken Wing platter I placed to pick up. We had received barbecue wings when we requested Buffalo. The manager Stephanie reassured us that she would take care of the issue, she not only fixed the issue and made us a new fresh hot platter of chicken wings she gaves us the best customer service I received in years. She did this all with a great smile on her face. She made me feel heard and valued as not only a customer as a women. I appreciate her amazing customer service and attitude. Excellent !

Service was the best it could be, bartender was doing a great job but the managers were standing around. When the bartender was swamped with cleaning tables, tending the bar and customers. I asked one of the two managers standing talking and doing nothing if they could change the channel on the tv. She smiled and said yes, then proceeded to tell the bartender to change the channel….. help your employees out, don’t forget where you came from!

Asked “no pink” when asked how the burgers want to cook and we have them practically raw. My children couldn't eat them. So disappointing to spend money and get the order. They were barely cooked.
