Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - El Paso

I was part of a huge birthday party. Unfortunately people from our party were trickling in late little by little which was throwing off the flow of service. Additional seats/tables were required. But our server kept his composure and ensured all needs were attended to. I just want to recognize our server Jesus B for his great service, I know our party didn’t make it easy.

I do enjoy this place. It is truly a scratch kitchen, and you can tell. If the tables are full, they do full food service at the bar.

Why did they ask how I wanted my burger cooked knowing full well they come frozen and are just heated grilled up???

Even with it being a busy restaurant the staff is friendly and always on top of things. The food came out hot and was made to perfection great flavor not overcooked! I also like that the manager comes around checking on the customers throughout the meal. 10/10 will come again!
