Carl's Jr. - El Paso

Tried the El Diablo and it was great! Had a family gathering here and the indoor playground AC was out, as well as some lights. What really warranted the 5 star rating was the excellent customer service provided by Adolfo! We had been served by Adolfo several times before tonight and each time he was consistent in being kind, professional, helpful, and patient despite our large party. Thanks again for the great service, Adolfo! Hope to see you again on our next visit!

Food is good but shady people working the drive through

I was in a hurry, and I ordered my food at 10:40 am. The only person in the drive thru. I paid and sat outside the window for 20 minutes. After I realized no one was coming I had to pull around and go get my food inside. Which was sitting there on the warmer. These people suck.

Slow, poor attitude and quality was horrible. I would have had better service from a push cart taco cart in Mexico

Nice bomb Hot Food. Great service and Great burger. Double El diablo. Adolfo and his Staff came through.
