When visiting Palawan, Cadlao El Nido Resort should be your only option! I will never go to another hotel in El Nido ever again because Cadlao has it all: clean and comfortable accommodations, amazing amenities, delicious food, and most impressive of all, top-tier service. Whether it's the front desk, the restaurant, the tuktuk drivers, or housekeeping, the staff here is serious about delivering best-of-its-class customer service. I have never experienced kindness and attention the way I have at Cadlao. My stay at the resort marked a monumental moment in my life because I was proposed to here, and it wouldn't have been possible without the help of the entire staff. Special shoutout to Kaye, Amiel, Monica, Kate, Nelda, and the fantastic chefs who made it perfect. It was the best moment of my life so far and I will never forget it or the people who made it happen. Aside from the service, the property itself is stunning with beachfront views, several accessible pools no matter which room you're in, and convenient amenities that make it so you never have to leave the resort if you don't want to. Of course, if you do, they also have a complimentary tuktuk service that will bring you into and from town. There are so many other things I could go on and on about. Like the way I'll never have food as good as Cadlao's ever again or the way I've never felt as relaxed and welcome as I did here, but I'll stop now or else I'll go on forever. Amazing resort quaint and secluded. Staff are so helpful. Restaurant food was amazing. Stormy weather but everything was in order. Crew work all night in the storm so guests are protected and everything cleared. The pickup and drop off from the airport was great, tuktuk drivers were great. Never heard any complaints just willingness to help and service deluxe. No TV in rooms so bonding with family was great. Thank you Cadlao

I booked this place for my honeymoon and my wife and I are so happy with our stay here . First off the staff here are amazing they are attentive and friendly. I arrived at 7am and check in was not until 2pm and they were able to expedite the room to be ready for us. The room was clean and had breath taking views of the Cadlao Island. Breakfast was my favorite part of the day with many varieties of food. I never got bored . The restaurant was great great food and staff. The ambiance of the hotel was different and set it apart from others. Loved every minute of it . The manager CID was the coolest guy ever. He always made sure we were doing well and he went out of his way to meet all of our needs Cadlao was an Amazing place. Only downside was the main pool with the best view was under construction and the power was out a few hours out of the day which made it inconvenient with the humidity the heat was attacking us. I would love to come back to Cadlao resort

I really love this place!!! It's away from the all night parties, but I'm old so there you go. Excellent service at the restobar!! They have different specials every night and never hated any of them.

Our experience at Cadlao was amazing. Located right off the beach, the resort has two pools, great food, and is less than a 15 min walk to the town center. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced.
