Starbucks - El Monte

The female there was very rude, I simply asked for a hot drink and instead she had made an iced coffee. After I addressed that I ordered a hot drink she gave me attitude and shouted ?you wanted hot?? I was not being difficult what so ever just wanted a hot coffee without a problem. Also I think she skipped the extra added shot I asked for but I was already fed up with the situation. Very disappointed with that specific individual.

The staffs in this store inside Longo Toyota are very SLOW.. Don't order a ride home until you place your order first. My driver was 15mins away when I ordered my just black coffee and I had to ask to see if it's almost ready after the driver had waited for me for 3mins then the lady finally got my coffee.

As an avid americano drinker, this has to be the worst SB ever. My Americano tasted like watered down drip coffee.

This is the Starbucks inside Longo Toyota from El Monte. They have fast service and quality.

I ordered a soy chai latte. They gave me a regular chai latte with milk. Asked them to remake it. The soy chai was extremely watered down as if they poured out half of the 1st drip and topped it off with soy milk. This place aint it.
