Pizza Hut - El Dorado

Wouldn't recommend ordering from this location. Ordered for delivery tonight and yes I know it was late in the evening but it accepted my order and was set for delivery which I included a tip for. However after getting the text from door dash stating they would be there in 20 min with my order I checked the status and the order was canceled. No one not pizza hut or door dash reached out to let me know it was canceled. Side note I did not order through door dash I ordered through pizza hut they scheduled door dash to drop off which is fine. My complaint is that no one let me know the order was canceled. When I called the store the manager told me that the store was closed and that the door dash driver wouldn't take the food even though the manager says he told them they could. When I asked the manager why know one let me know of the cancelation he said door dash was supposed to call me. I am being told the order is being refunded hopefully that will be the case. I am just very disappointed at the lack of concern for the customer experience. I would have understood and even been willing to come pick up the food if they had no driver or once door dash wouldn't take it. Especially since the order was made but no one even called to give me that option.

The pizza was basically just sauce, but the breadsticks were great! My Dr.pepper was flat. Service was great and kind. Inside decor is like any other Pizza Hut. About $45 for a 3 person meal not bad.

Absolutely disgusted with the order tonight. Spent almost 40 dollars on a triple treat deal. The pepperoni pizza is way over cooked, pepperonis are beyond crispy, half the pizza was off of the crist in the box. But I sure do appreciate you providing a plastic knife with the cookie since the knife broke just trying to cut it.

Great food great friendly ppl great atmosphere and fast fresh

Hit or miss to be honest. Tonight I got cold pizza and very thin crust when I ordered stuffed crust.
