Long John Silver's - El Dorado

I ordered inside to go and got my mom a 3 piece fish meal with Hushpuppies and I ordered 3 Shrimps for myself. My shrimps seemed extra crunchy like maybe they were redipped but still ok. I think the grease from the Fryer made my old spot where my GallBladder used to be at and been hurting eversince but that was on me for eating fried food. My mom did say her meal was delicious and tasty. They made hers fresh and Long John Silvers is one of her favourite place she used to eat at. The restaurant looked older and nostalgic like it's been left untouched since it opened but I liked it and the lady taking my order was nice and pleasant. I would recommend anything ordered from here be made fresh so you won't get anything old but I have no complaints and just wish I could eat fried foods. I'll order the grilled shrimp next time and get photographs of the food.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking by entrance but ramp that leads to entrance is Angled and long so would maybe need assistance if in wheelchair or trouble walking

We're meeting here Long John silver's and like their shrimp and rice bowl the last time we had it in El Dorado Kansas It was over $25 for my wife and I and it was about a half a bowl of food each with half of the items on the plate that we got at any other Long John silver'

Went to drive thru to order and waited a long time I honked and hollered hello.they weren't bust cause no cars in parking lot and 3 pm so I pulled up to the window and waited. I saw 2 people walking around so I honked and a girl opened window and said I tried to tell u I'd be with u in a minute I said no one said anything and then she said well I can't wait on u at the window .u have to go back to the drive to order.so I left.I don't understand why she couldn't take an order at the window. No.one else in line

The food was fine, we were the only ones dining in. What was not great was hearing the workers talk about how I don 't drink much when I 'm pregnant or I don 't drink on an empty stomach , I have to drink on an empty stomach . While my 12 year old was hearing all of it. As a family we definitely didn 't need the hear all the bad gossip going on there. Please do better. The only one we didn 't hear was the young man that took our order. He was very nice, polite and professional.Kid-friendliness: With the topics of conversation between the female workers it was NOT kid friendly.

Really needs an update to the property. The staff was pleasant. The food was vintage LJS.
