Had a really bad customer service experience with mark didnt even say hello or anything didnt say have a good day or anything really disrespectful

I order here often cause the drinks are fast and it’s convenient for me, but everytime I order food through mobile order they don’t put my food in the oven until I arrive and that seems so pointless. I end up having to wait in the lobby for 5-10 minutes when the whole point on me mobile ordering was so I can avoid the wait. This is very frustrating.

The lines are long, but not because of the staff. they quickly, efficiently and helpful and made sure that I could redeem my stars!

The staff was pleasant, but our two coffees were 1/2 full. it was not impressed to pay for a big one and to make yourself big.
