Would not recommend this restaurant. Had a bad experience...poor customer service and staff act like they don't want to accommodate you. They took awhile to take our order and it took so long to get food. Waitress never came back to refill our drinks. Steaks were not great and prices are way too high for the quality of food you get. Such a waste of money for a fine dining

I don 't write reviews often, but this place was so bad that it deserved one--I can 't remember the last time i had this awful of a dining experience. Service was HORRIBLE. No acknowledgment when we walked in, we felt like we were bothering staff to ask for a table after standing at the front for 10 minutes. Then, nobody checked on us the entire dinner, when we had to flag down a waitress it was as if we were inconveniencing them. Unwelcoming ambience. The food took an hour and a half to come, which would have been fine if it was halfway decent. One of our steaks was raw even though we requested it be cooked medium. The steaks were chewy and weird, clearly poor quality meat which is crazy considering the price. I can cook a steak from Vons that would be 5000x better than whatever that was. ALSO, they add a 3.5% fee for credit or debit, which is unheard of especially in a high end steakhouse. I don 't understand how this place can be THIS bad if they 're actually trying to run a restaurant. After speaking with family members, they also had similar experiences. PLEASE, DON 'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. You 're better off going to a taco shop.
