El Cilantro Mexican Grill - El Cajon

There food is fresh. I love their chicken. This place beats all of my usual taco shops. It's a perk that you can build your own burritos, tacos, taco salads, fries, and chips. Its a great place!

First timer today and im obsessed with the bbq pulled pork friesi dont know why it took me so long to try this place, definitly coming bck

After a long day, stopped by here to have Mexican food. Specifically tacos. They were delicious! Quantity and quality was reasonably priced. I would encourage them to get a license to sell beer. I live in the Imperial Valley and I love good Mexican food, but a cold beer to go along with it just makes it right!

We have been talking about trying this place out and we are so glad we did, the food was so fresh and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place. I hope it lasts its my new favorite

The thing I love about this place is you can build your own fries/burritos/tacos. Select the type of meat, sauces and toppings you really want, and you're on your way to a truly awesome lunch! My favorite is the pulled pork fries because they smother it in delicious bbq sauce, and the pork is so tender! I will definitely be back.
