I've been checking out quite a few Italian restaurants recently and this is probably one of my favorite traditional spots. They serve chianti and a few other wines by the carafe. They also offer early bird specials til 6pm which include soup or salad and garlic bread. I had the cheese ravioli with meat sauce with the minestrone soup. The soup is very flavorful. The meat sauce and the garlic bread were excellent as well. The service was attentive and the restaurant had a relaxing atmosphere. I definitely recommend checking them out if you're in east county.
