Mega Chicken - Egbe

Mega Chicken is great with their meals, no doubt about that. But their staff need to be schooled on how to receive their customers or prospective customers. I invited a friend to meet me there sometime in August for a chat and after like 30 minutes, i have had 3 security guys and a supervisor come to where we were talking insisting on us buying something before we can sit any further. My explanation to them that, i have patronized their Chinese cuisine 3 times that week alone spending so much felt on their deaf ears and i had to leave angrily and vowed never to visit the place again. Weekly, i spent as much as 30k at Mega chicken and their staff could not manage me. I have spent over 50k at a go before asking people from my church to come let's have fun. Even if that was my 1st time, i could from their become a regular customer. I was at McDonald's this last week in London and was waiting with a friend for someone for 2hrs and no one came to harass me. ended up spending over 100 pounds before leaving that i did not plan for. Even made friends with some of the staffs that i got their attention.

My friends suggested Mega Chicken restaurant, so we headed there to eat before going to see a movie at Ikeja City Mall. The restaurant has an open area and a basement parking space to accommodate vehicles. Greeted by well mannered security personnel, we were ushered into the restaurant and made way for the counter. The server (I can't remember her name) who attended to us was so composed, warm with an admirable sense of humor. We ordered ofada rice, moi moi, yamarita, scrambled egg sauce, asun with table water collectively. After we were done with our meal, I turned and looked around to see seats filled up with other customers scanning the room for free seat. I thought to myself, folks must really be enjoying the service and foods here.

The number as listed above is a fake number. we ordered for Meat pie worth #18,000 just now. and this is so horrible has we have made payment as he insisted.

Terrible customer service at the festac branch, rude staffs always clustered by the cashier. I will never go back.

Wonderful place for both continental and intercontinental meals . although some of the local soup it on the high side basically because of the ingredients used but above all good place to have a treat of both local and foreign meals.
