Bidrage med feedbackI really don't like leaving bad reviews, but this place is over priced and understaffed in the kitchen. It took 45 minutes to get our food which I can live with if the food was good and the place was busy. Neither are true in this case. We were 1 of 3 tables total and the food was not good.
First time at Gulf Shores. Celebrating my birthday 2-9, with my girlfriend. I had the parm crusted grouper. A little too dense, dry and not seasoned enough. But it was my first time having grouper. So I wasn't sure how it should be. Everything else was very good
All was good, except the water. Very musty, nasty taste. Not sure if it was the ice or the tap water. Absolutely not drinkable. Despite our gentle, quiet complaint, no substitute was offered. We had dinner with nothing to drink. Otherwise, will go back.
Wonderful place. Menu has something for everyone, prepared your way. Tasty..
Went out for our usual Saturday night dinner after 5:00 mass My father and I.. I decided to indulge his favorite Gulf Shores. As we were sitting waiting Dad pointed to someone and said that's the owner. I said nooo no way he'd be here on a Saturday night... Anyway when we were seated I noticed the same gentleman walking around from table to table and conversing with the customers and laughing and talking just generally having fun and so I asked our server Erin she said sure enough that was the owner. I had to tap him as he walked by and tell him how much we enjoyed his restaurant.. What an absolute pleasure. It's rare these days to see the owner taking part in the actual business much less enjoying themselves with their customers.. Clearly evident that he Truly enjoys watching people enjoying his creations and what Wonderful Creations they are.. He said we had to try something special I said we'd be honored so he had the server bring some of the blackened salmon chowder..OMG That's a showstopper!! Then again that's nothing new Everything we've ever had here has been top shelf Fantastic from the jambalaya to the gumbo as close to Big easy as you're going to get and honestly and welcoming and happy as everyone is that works there; You'd swear you were there on Bourbon Street. Made a point to sit and chew the fat with us for a while even though he was extremely busy, Thanked my father for his service. When you want it take your people out for something good here you have it.. Thanks again God bless you and your Mother for the wonderful recipes that she's provided for all of us thanks again Mr P.
