There's a noticeable difference in service in quality depending on who the manager is that day. JEN has always been amazing and any time we've ever had an issue she always takes care of it. This morning, she wasn't there. Had to go back in twice to get my coffees made correctly. I get the same thing everytime so I know how it's supposed to taste. My wife went in the first time and the manager on duty rolled her eyes at her. So I went in the second time and had them fix it. They offered to refund us. Just make the coffee the right. I list out every ingredient I want in my coffee every time I order it. The food and munchkins were good thankfully but personally Jen should be running that place. Night and day difference.

The service is not good. They’re rude and they were more worried about the drive-through and they told me that and that I would have to wait. That is so ignorant. They need to hire better people.

There is almost always something missing and/or incorrect when my family gets food/drinks here (and I'm talking over the span of years. Their breakfast sandwiches are typically either barely toasted at all with the cheese completely unmelted or burnt to the point of barely edible.

I told them to surprise me as I didn't know what coffee to get, they did, its actually really good and the people seemed nice,

Siri sometimes that includes donuts which is besides my comprehension and that they sell donuts to. Their coffee is delicious and so are there tell us. The service was good and as for the atmosphere there wasn’t many people there so I can’t really comment on it.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options as long as you still eat eggs and you can have donuts and some breakfast items.Parking: There are free parking spots, but they are not very many however, it was not hard to find one., At least not when I went.Kid-friendliness: As long as your child is a diabetic and you don’t mind them getting a sugar rush then very kid friendly!
