Colorado Curry - Edwards

What a funny Saturday night. Juniper was the place to be. It was full of great people and the food was fantastic. Jim led us through a great evening with food and fun.

My husband said his pork chop was the best dish we had in Colorado since our time (and we were in some nice restaurants). That really says something. I ordered the chicken main course and it was good, but I wouldn't push myself back. We had the mozzarella/pesto/tomato pizza as an app that was delicious. And I had the best cocktail I had on this trip a non-alcoholic mule, it was so good! We got no dessert because we were so full, but they looked so good. If we're in Edwards the next time.

I love this restaurant. The food is exceptional. Every bite is divine. Perfect for a special evening. You will definitely need reservations and ask if possible to sit on the rear terrace.

Another great dinner in Juniper with friendly staff and COVID guidelines. The restaurant works very efficiently and is impressive to observe. We look forward to a return.

The food here was delicious! Great service too! The drinks and wine selection was very tasty as well. Pretty cool spot not too far from Beaver Creek. I would go back here again and again. The menu is pricey, but the portions are a good size and you’re in Beaver Creek.
