lachs, it's so hard to find a kitchen that doesn't overwhelm it. that was perfect.

really one of the worst experiences in a fairmont I've ever had. our experience ruined the day.

lighter had a problem that flickered up and down. painted blue cover only partly made.

a guest in the Christmas season with a meal followed by an event in the winspear. perhaps the beginning of a great tradition!

It was a lovely experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the full adventure. I would strongly recommend drinks/dinner at Confederation Lounge.
