Second Cup - Edmonton

The staff at Second Cup are welcoming and attentive. I find that the coffee at Second Cup is more flavorful than that of its main competitor, Starbucks. Personally, I prefer going to Second Cup.

The location is great, but the coffee is subpar. Customer service is acceptable, just need to see more smiling faces. Prices are reasonable too.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff was very accommodating by providing water for my dogs and serving delicious Frios. They even made me a custom icy matcha chai without any hesitation. It was perfect, thank you to the staff.

Coffee at Second Cup is my daily pleasure. The staff are warm and out; Food from the Italian center are delicious and the location is perfect.
