Gong Cha Ultima - Edmonton

Milk foaming green tea was great! Pricey, but tastes great. And can ask for no sugar added options.I got confused trying to find this place. Apparently it was on the 2nd floor of the XO Bistro.And I wish this place would open earlier than 12pm. Because lots of us take lunch at 11am to avoid the noon rush. And it does looks like this place gets busy with just 1 staff working, so prepare for a long wait at 12pm. I personally wouldn't want to spend my limited lunch hrs waiting in line.

I am from Calgary. I love Gong Cha. I loved the service and nature of Kris, she helped us a lot and suggested the best drinks to us. Thank you for that Kris?

Very nice drink, and nice customer service, will come again

The staff was so rude. She litterally slammed the straws in front of our face and not even bother to look at us. The drink was so bland even though it’s 100% sugar. Never recommend coming here.
