Corso 32 - Edmonton

This is one of the best restaurants in Canada. It is surprisingly difficult to find authentic and refined Italian food in Canada. Don't look! The menu is small but diverse, with choices you don't usually find. For light eaters and those who want to taste more dishes, most can be done in half portions. I cannot make food justice with a description, it is simply remarkable. Extensive Italian wine selection. What Corso32 puts in its own class is the service. I don't live in Edmonton and I'm afraid I've only eaten twice here, four years apart. Both times the service was stellar, showing the owner's commitment to a complete culinary experience. Lowell was informed about the entire menu and wine list. Recommendations were expert, wine sampling was simply a question. The service was attentive, but inconspicuous. Music was excellent. I can't say enough about Corso32.

Best Meal I had in my life all over the world! No joke! We went here for a date night on recommendation and I can see why it is a busy place. We both agree that the short ribs were the best plate... we have ever tried! Who goes to Edmonton, I recommend this restaurant as a must and promise you to get the short ribs! If we ever make it back to Edmonton, this will be our first stop great service great atmosphere great place

The homemade pasta is something that my man and I always consider a tasty bite, but it wasn't really our favorite. I didn't want to complain because there were many other people who seemed to enjoy their food was not just our personal taste.

Small and scenic, but in style, we ate on the long table where you can meet your neighbors, they should choose to share in a conversation. Very Hands-on like the boss/owner in the kitchen, the unique dishes and the quality is fabulous

Extremely nice that the restaurant is open on Sunday evenings. It was a late reservation which fitted our plans very nicely. Good cocktails and a good selection of wines as well. We ate family style which seemed fine with the server. Food was great! Place...is small but intimate.
