I haven't been with bps for years. I was immediately reminded of how slow their service is and was always. no alcohol and the bill is still coming.

There for brunch with three more people. we had to wait about 15 minutes to get a table. our server seemed to be new, as it did not know the manue.

I ordered natcho,s with ground beef. Was the worst natcho’s I have ever had. Very, very skimpy with the cheese only a few Actually had cheese on them. Then they used a tbsp size of plant based Meat inside of the real ground beef I paid extra for. Their prices keep going up and the quality Keeps going down. The last time I was there , it wasn’t good either, Flavourless, thought I would give them another chance. But will never go here again, terrible food.

The General Managers wife needs to go! I know she 's the wife because she tells everyone, guess she thinks it 'll make people have more respect for her? She was super slow with everything, forgot a spoon twice when I was eating soup, had a whole conversation about how im allergic to onions so I asked for the Thai bites and they came out with onions and she proceeds to ask me if I would like them remade.... umm!!!! When the bill came she said don 't worry I didn 't charge you for the first thai bites umm thanks? Considering you messed up i would hope you didn 't charge me! If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would, never coming back!
