Big Bite Donair - Edmonton

I recently visited this restaurant with a friend and decided to try her Detroit style pizza, which was recommended by one of my colleagues. The drive was definitely worth it. The pizza was absolutely delicious and the best I have ever had. We also tried their homemade gelato, which was equally amazing.

This restaurant serves the best Detroit-style pizza in the city. They offer both thick Detroit-style pizza and thin tavern-style pizza. The tavern-style pizza is definitely worth the price, and is considered one of the best in the city. Additionally, their gelato is amazing! The customer service is also great.

Amazing pizza, we both tried how my friend detroit style liked, and I had the traditional Italian thin crust. so beautiful to find a real pizza place that focuses on quality, instead of cheap pizza. can not wait for gelato!

We ordered a few times through skip and it was good, but the dune in experience was terrible. my wife ordered the cheeseburger (no tomaten) with speck and Donair-Poutine. I ordered the big donair. the burger came with tomato and no cheese. it looked like it was frozen and tasty. my donair was ok, but a big one is the same size as a trunk they would get somewhere else. eating very bad quality would not recommend.

Had pizza from them today and it was not good.When they 1st opened it was great excellent pizza nice and crispy base airy dough above standard toppings. Now pizza quality seem low like the dough is frozen. Very thick and doughy not appetizing at all....Not to mention they downsized the pizza there medium pizza is now the small and the medium is now the large. However the price is the same. I wish they would have just left things they way there were. The only thing good about that place now is the nice gentleman Omar he such a nice man. But if they keep the quality the way it is UFO pizza down the street will take over.
