Hideaway Pizza - Edmond

We ordered for pick-up but when we arrived, the kitchen realized our ticket was lost and our food hadn't been made. The manager came out to speak to us several times and even personally delivered our food when it was ready. She was very honest with us about what happened and, even though it was clear they were VERY busy, the kitchen got us our food quick. It was fresh and delicious. They comped our food and gave us fresh appetizers on top of what we already ordered. We had 2 hangry kids who had been stuck in the car for three hours, so we really appreciate how quickly the kitchen was able to get our food made on short notice. Everyone we talked to was kind and had a good sense of humor. Overall we had a great experience.

We picked the busiest time and day to come by Hideaway and we still received really great service. I recommend the buffalo wings!!

Pizza was as great as I remembered it to be and our server, Madison, was wonderful!! I absolutely love the Paradise Pie!

Thank you for bringing back the fried ravioli! We can get take out at one place for everyone and it’s all so good. Love the pizza! Great hand tossed. Just opened new location in Conway AR!!!
