The Caley Sample Room - Edinburgh

I love it here! we live close to so we go a lot to drink, but we had dinner and dessert here a few times. it is always busy, so it can be difficult to get a place at the bar, but it is a great setting cozy and relaxed. I also think that it has a local, friendly feeling as if everyone knows each other. I cost the fish and the chips and the burger here and both were great; I really enjoyed the muddy heaps! the menu consists of nice bar food, so there is something for everyone. After the first immersion of the caley sample room for a few drinks, we stayed on Sunday roast, which seemed good value for money at £12.50 arriving prompt, we both went for the brat Sirloin look that came with the usual circumcisions. the bark was tender enough, although it had little taste, and the sweet offers of broccoli, flower cabbage, carrots and green beans were delicious and perfectly cooked. the yorkshire pudding seemed made to house and was crispy outside and athletic a matching fluffy interieur and the roastspins were just as good. It is a great place that belongs to the best beer sites in the city – and one must visit for one if they are close

Although I lived directly on the street (and heard that it was quite good for eating), I have never been in the caley sample rooms until a week or so before. I went on a Sunday for a complete breakfast that, although had quite nice sausage and good coffee, was just ok. it is a beautiful environment, with a typical modern gastro-pub feel and many candles. the waiting employees were however inattentive and uninterested almost to the point of being rude, especially when I went to pay the bill. That was nice to eat. we had the suppe of the day and buffalo wings, steak pee and hamburger and a brownie. the best steak pipe I've had for a long time. normally get primrose, but there were 4 different species of veg. had not on portion size. there was a guy who took care of the whole house front and he was totally on the ball. will definitely be back soon and would recommend everyone
