We dined here for the first time, with friends. It was excellent. Friendly, on point staff. My wife had a delicious Pasta Limone Gamberi and I a tasty Parmigiana Melanzane. We all had tiramisu for desert which with the addition of some Marsala wine was an excellent, way to finish the evening. We will return!
Last week Papilio, this week Tempo Perso. This is the upmarket brasserie version of the more traditional Papilio with a simple but stylish interior making the most of the corner location, and the cuisine similarly on the nouvelle side. The focaccia was more like a pizza, sides like the rosemary roast potatoes first class, everything piping hot but easily washed down with the Sicilian Viognier. Lovely staff. As I say, spoilt for choice. Terrific.
Ok experience, although the food was slow to the table and it all seemed a bit disorganised and under staffed. Prices have increased since a few months ago probably supply pressures but at £50ish per head for food VFM was questionable. Wines tasty and our two servers were good
We had a fantastic celebratory lunch on 7/10/23. The food, wine and service were absolutely exceptional. We’ve been before and we’ll be back again!
