The staff was very nice, didn't rush me as a solo traveler who wants a good, hearty meal for dining. ordered the green curry-very good, and also the Papaya salad. If I were back in the area, they would definitely get my business back.
Went late last night and was happy still open. The server was professional and nice. The chicken wings were good, but for £6 there were five pieces and small. No high-quality wings. The sauce was beautiful, but many pieces of green peppers were not necessary. I ordered Pad Thai with chicken. It was again decent much too many green paprika. It was a good part. Location is right at the royal mile and it was good enough.
Great experience at Noodle ‘n’ Rice. Central location right at the royal mile, this place is great! We returned twice during our stay in Edinburgh. The portions are great, the food is delicious and everything at a reasonable price! Nice staff, super friendly! Would recommend...
Overpriced and flavoured. Sad, this is not Thai food. Portion sizes are large enough, but they are not delicious to the point you want to finish your meal. Among the fresher pieces of veg and salad are hidden wild leaves and foamy carrots. The hosts were quick to try to move you from your table when new people came and it took three attempts to find something on the menu that was available. The worst part was that my partner was sick all night after he had eaten there. I would NOT recommend going there and encouraging others to clearly control.
I love Thai food and this place in Edinburgh serves one of the best Thai food. Starting from spring rolls followed by vegetable Raman, veg pad Thai noodles and my favourite veg Thai green curry. Staff is also very nice. A must visit place for Thai food lovers.
