Nando's Edinburgh Lothian Road

The food arrived very quickly. I had the butterfly chicken with piri piri potatoes, spicy rice, and broccoli. Everything was delicious.

I made the mistake of choosing this branch for a home delivery. The wait time was nearly an hour, which would have been acceptable if my food had arrived. However, the order did not arrive even though it was marked as delivered on the app. No one contacted us to let us know they were outside or that they had left the food. I was disappointed with Nando’s customer service response, which was simply to offer a refund. Getting a refund was not a favor, but a standard expectation since the food was not delivered. This did not solve the issue of not having any food delivery and having to cook at that late hour. This has happened to me approximately 1.5 years ago, twice from Nando’s, and their customer care response has not improved since then. To make matters worse, I have not received any confirmation of the refund, and the money has already been deducted from my account. I do not see myself ordering from them again or dining at their restaurant in the future. Their prices are too high, and their customer care is lacking.

The staff at the restaurant was extremely unfriendly and continuously mentioned how busy they were, although it didn't appear that way. When we asked if we could wait instead of leaving and coming back in 20 minutes because we were tired from walking, and there was a supposedly comfortable couch for waiting, the staff insisted that we leave and return later. Their behavior was very disrespectful, so we ultimately decided to dine at another establishment.

We had a great time here. Harry showed us to our table, took our order and served our food. He was superb. Friendly, polite, attentive (but not intrusive) and helpful. The food was delicious and service was great. I recommend this Nandos for a lovely, relaxing meal.

Delicious chicken ate in Edinburgh. Clean case where you yourself, after you've chosen the clean choice of dishes, you should go to the Bali yourself to order. The dishes are brought to the table. A lot of attention when you have a food allergy. Fresh drinks and water can tap unlimited. Price quality is more than good.
