Jashans - Edinburgh

Disappointing meal after having ordered from them for a number of years. We have found recently that it is definitely a hit or a miss sometimes lovely, other times not. Especially when it comes to the heat of the dishes I think it must depend on the chef how hot they decide to make things. The rice was microwaved and lumpy. A shame, but think we'll be taking our business elsewhere for a while.

Absolutely disgusted tonight with our meal , have had jashans for years , tonight chicken not chewable and rice over cooked and to top it of a hair in my husbands meal at £33 not acceptable jashans

Never disappoint when I eat here. The food is delicious and the staff is excellent. You have housed 11 of us for a birthday dinner without any problems. I can't wait until I have an apology for a visit!

They've often passed Jashans. Tonight we decided to try and deliver ordered food. I think we found the best Indian food in Edinburgh. All three dishes had such a great taste and a perfect balance of spices. The delivery driver was very nice and polite and the food was expected right at the time. We'll be back.

This was my first time from this place, as I stay close, so decided for the retreat. We had the bhuna chicken with garlic nan and peshawari nan. I can say by far that it was the best Indian food we had in Edinburgh last year. The amount is enough for two people and the food was delicious and piping hot. Would definitely recommend everyone.
