Foundry 39 - Edinburgh

This was my first time in Edinburgh and fortunately stumbled along the foundry. I ordered the dirty Kuhburger and Millionaire Pommes. My food was amazing. I can't fail, penalty is amazing and extremely helpful in any way. The atmosphere in the foundry is much better than known places. I sat near the kitchen (hatch) and could see the cooking staff working, the cook in the white overall seemed very happy and of course enjoys their work. If I had eaten more, I would have. I would certainly advise everyone to find this place, you will not be disappointed.

Wow! What a great dinner! After we have booked a table at several other places for dinner and shortly next we decided to book a table here! With the 3 snacks for £14 deal some pages and drinks) we had a great, filling food for 2 for just £23! the snacks were very valuable and the waiters were very friendly. I'll be back!

Absolutely wonderful The dishes and drinks are fabulous and it is a trendy little place to go for the night and away from the rain. Enjoy Trivia tonight and would like to come back in the future. The server Mietta is also beautiful x

This was a last minute late night stop for us, trying to find somewhere to eat in at around 21:30 21:45 most places we found finished serving at 21:00 so our options were limited. Foundry 39 serve food until 22:00. The food we had was nice and tasty but the choices were a little limited for someone who needs gluten free. The cocktails we had were nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.
