Hi, i use a lot of different starbucks,travel all over the country. this branch has a good vibe with pleasant staff, olso handy for drive through.

We visit these dieucks often and we always get a great drink! the personal is always pleasant, helpful and makes a good drink. a thing to consider when they arrive and ross is on the drinks they are sure to always get the best coffee. always! sad seating and tables have been changed as they have now lost, it is cozy warm.

However, the waiter stopped us from serving ourselves after our terrible experience at the Gyle. He was extremely friendly and provided fast service. The restaurant appeared clean and was the busiest spot in town. I don't know how they manage to keep up with the demand in the forgotten shopping center, working for minimum wage and dealing with unhappy customers (if the rude ones we saw were typical). I thanked the waiter multiple times and he seemed genuinely surprised by our politeness. People of Scotland, be kind to your servers, especially those working in this depressing location. The waiter who served us deserves better than this establishment.
