I went to On Bap for the first time this weekend and had a really enjoyable experience. The service was fast and the food was delicious. The prices were reasonable and the drinks were also enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back.

AVOID! No customer skills whatsoever !!! Would not allow a 3 year old to eat her own food due to her severe allergies!!! We have always been regular customers however this time it is very and I mean VERY rude service! They did not allow my 3 year to eat her own food even though I told them she has severe allergies and needs to carry a epi pen. I even took her epi pen out and they still said NO! We spent over £100 on the meal there. When they said no my 3 year old cannot eat here, we decided to walk out as they where not unstandable at all. They told us we cannot walk out as the food we ordered was ready. How can they expect a 3 year old to starve and watch us eat and get punished for all the allergies she has! They rushed us and was so rude I would never go back again. The young waitresses thought it was funny and was laughing behind the counter. The lady boss was not considerate at all for a 3 year old until we threatened to walk out. Honestly you have zero customer skills, rude and so unfriendly. I would never ever recommend to anyone ever again!

If you're looking for Halal Korean food, this is the place to go! It's a small, cozy restaurant with a quick, casual dining experience. The chicken is Halal and the staff informed us that they cook each sauce in a separate pan. Don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have - they are happy to help. I highly recommend this restaurant, the food is delicious. It may not be a fancy 5-star restaurant with lots of waiters and reservations, but that's what adds to its authenticity and charm.

I have tried some of the most delicious food at this restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great. Make sure to order the bibimbap, you won't be disappointed!

If I could I wouldn’t even give one star! First of all the staff have no manners and no so called restaurant service whatsoever ! They are just little girls who have no grown up yet. Arrived and asked for a table of 4 in which there was a table of 2 free and next to it was 1 customer almost finishing and leaving . Girl asked me to wait 10 15 mins to allow the customer to finished to leave and she put the table together for me. 10 mins later 2 customers walked in and the other stupid girl gave that table of 2 to these 2 customers and the girl who advised me to wait came and told me there’s no table for u and they do not know how long we have to wait ! I saw the girl who served me speak with the other server who served the 2 girls the table and she just had some attitude and shrugged her shoulders and didn’t give a f look if you can’t deal with things in a professional manner please do not work is a customer based environment. I mean how rude is that ??? Appalling customer service ! Place was small ! And made your clothes stink of oil because there is no ventilation! Wonder if this place even have hot food consent ! Never go back again ! Customer service speaks all and sadly you have none at all !
