Very stylish underground restaurant with unique decor. eating was excellent, the brisket burger was very full, the bananenschwamm plow a little small. the waitress could speak for Scottland in the Olympics but very friendly. good quality

I and my partner had such a great night in lady libertine! eating was so amazing that we don't stop ordering more! great cocktails and super friendly staff. the atmosphere is really cool

Finally had a chance to take my friends to lady libertine, I told them how amazing this is since my first time here! we have ordered almost the whole menu 5 people, the pictures do not contain the dessert: sourteigbrot, baba ganoush, baked olive feta balls, large calamari, roasted butternut quiver, truffle cream frits, ox cheeks croquets, slowly cooked lamb shawarma, banana chocolate sponge, hazelnut dark. a few comments to eat – it's really good. such strong, well-mixed aromen, really impressive! for the hearty courses I would suggest to order a bit of everything and share everything. the desserts we tried were not very suitable for the exchange, so we order them for the next time individually. please order the baba ganoush and the Butternut Quark, they will not regret it! my only note to improvement – it was my first time to try the lamb sawarma here, it tasted a little playful? you must mention that the service was also really good, they have a very attentive team that helped us select our dishes. everything in everything will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu!

The espresso is amazing and I am Italian! my friend and I went for coffee there were no tables, but the barmann managed to find us personal friendly and very stylish design. recommended

Food is an easy 10/10, cocktails to match. The service and friendly staff elevate the place to top class. We had a quick chat to one of the bartenders and when he found out we were only visiting Edinburgh for a few days he wrote us out a list of other bars and restaurants to visit on our stay that we would enjoy.
