The food is delicious and affordable. The soy sauce is excellent. I will definitely bring my friends to this restaurant next time.

Koyama is a vibe. 10/10 visited tonight and came to know that it is now under new ownership and with a beautiful new team. despite the super busy restaurants, our group received the warmest, friendly and authentic welcome and attentive service that I have long seen! the food was absolutely delicious, with beautiful garnishes, homemade sauces and edible flowers. I would say with a distance the best sushi I had in edinburgh. would recommend the meerroten seabass sashimi with truffle oil and ponzu and the chef subtitle sushi selection. the sukiyaki is served over flame and a generous portion size. the takoyaki, gyoza and salate were at the top. the cobata Senju thing has been nicely paired with eating.
