Ordered on Uber eats. No show. proper done my head in. I want a kebab now. Ruined our nights. Sh$*thouses

Dersim has recently been taken over and what a difference!! Service is always friendly and they go out of their way to make sure everything is right.. The new owner has big plans for the place and I for one is looking forward to seeing what he is going to do in the coming months, if local or in the area it is definitely worth a visit!

Dersim kebab pizza house Not happy! Ordering was easy and hassle free at 8:05pm. Order was due to arrive 9:10pm we phoned them at 9:26pm and told it was on its way. It arrived and the delivery guy was pleasant. When we open the box the pizza looked nice however first bite suggested it was luke warm. Each slice was colder and we did not finish it. The chips and curry sauce was tasty but also cold and stuck to the backing paper, they should have used plastic or cling as the chips were coated in the stuff. Overall impression, not nice. Will not be returning in a hurry. Still got an ‘odd’ flavour, an hour later. Even after washing it down with tea.

We have been going to Dersim every time for a family treat for over 5 years (even the slightest excuse now is a good enough reason! . Every time we have had excellent friendly service, delicious food (teenager verified best pizza swift delivery. The lamb shish kebab is actually worth fighting someone for, it’s so good. Only once in 5 years a mistake was made they quickly sent out the correct order with no quibble. Great food, great prices, great service... what’s not to like?!! I wouldn’t bother going elsewhere because they’re the best. Well done guys you work hard every night and it’s appreciated :

Just had a delivery. Pizzas were ok, chicken kebab was the worst I have ever had. Awful quality of chicken. 'Chilli ' sauce is actually just tomato sauce pizza vase shoved in a tub. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I AM SO ANGRY. DOWN WITH DERSIM.
