Little Caesars Pizza - Edinburg

I ordered a pizza online with DoorDash and the pizza was confirmed at 8:20 and was not given to DoorDash driver until 9:03! 43 minutes! That's ridiculous! never order online from them again

I ordered online to pick up quickly, but as soon as I got there, the doors were locked and they let me go through the drive thru that made the waiting time 35 minutes. Angry employees. Unacceptable. Terrible work, little stoppers.

Today, to order pizza, they said they would make pizza fresh so they wanted to take time, they asked how long they said, I don't know. Then ask them for wings they said they stop doing them. I left

It's hit or miss. I call and ask for my bread sticks without parm, just butter and 4/5 times they have to remake it and I end up waiting 30 minutes from my first call. One female manager is very kind and accurate about this request though.

I am highly dissatisfied with the company! I ordered a meal deal of a pizza with breadsticks and a 2 l Pepsi with the sauce and they only gave me 1/4 worth of sauce when I asked for the manager he refused to give me my moneys worth the managers name is JOE he said and he was very rude very disrespectful and very unprofessional I refuse to ever attend any of your little Caesar?s locations because of this issue I feel like on the app it says a full cups worth of sauce and I end up with 1/4 I am highly disappointed
