Los Padres Mexican Food - Edina

Delicious Mexican cuisine in a small family square. Big portions, much for leftovers! The lobster was so good.

I got the Barbacoa plate and loved that the flour tortillas were properly wrapped and placed on the side for us to create our own burritos. The lime and other ingredients were fresh and tasty and plentiful. My wife got the Enchiladas and they were just as wonderful. Above with lime soda and courteous service and you have a wonderful dinner.

Service is great, attentive, without being intrusive. I really like the authentic options and the freshness of the ingredients. The location is in a shopping area with a lot of mixed shops and that works well. Parking was always easy and space for work ticks and trailers too. The family that runs this restaurant are friendly and helpful if you are not sure what to try and they even have a family recipe on the ordering board. We've both taken out and dived, both of which are fine. Dine has limited tables, but we could always sit and eat if we want. I'm glad to find this place when I'm in the area.

Quaint little restaurant with ample seating! The food here is delicious and very fresh. The service was even better! We went there twice, the first time being a pickup and the second time we ate in. While waiting to look through the menu, the cashier offered to provide some suggestions based on our taste. The prices were extremely reasonable for how much meat you get and they even came up almost immediately after you were done to collect your empty plate even though their system is to bus your own plates. I ordered the Choriqueso the first time, and the Barbacoa Moyete and both were very delicious! Definitely give this place a shot!
