Starbucks - Edgewater

This morning went through dtive up. in my drink was a brown yuck hard bits in my Strawberries lemonade

I have been inside twice since the pandemic and each time I had to wait for someone to acknowledge me and hand me my drink. The reason for ordering ahead is so I DON'T have to wait. They can put drinks with the order sticker faced out so people can look at the cups without touching. This morning REALLY pissed me off as I stood waiting for a good 3 minutes with no one acknowledging me while the manager was standing on the customer side of the counter playing on her cell phon

We love that they still retain a small hometown feel even though they are a chain. Oh, and the pup cups…we love the pup cups. We have never had a bad or incorrect drink…reading some of the other posts, maybe new leadership
